Springs manufactured from hardened and tempered wires 0.10mm to 14.00mm are cold coiled and stress relieved by tempering. Springs manufactured from annealed wires / bars 8.00mm to 55.00mm are either cold coiled or hot coiled and are heat treated appropriately.
We use the best SAE/ASTM/JIS/IS Graded alloy steel wires and peeled bars for our springs.
We have 5-Axis CNC Coilers, Heavy-Duty CNC Coilers that can coil bars up to 40mm diameter.
We have 4 ASTM Calibrated Electric Furnaces for hardening and tempering with a live data collection system.
Shot Peening/Blasting machine of adequate capacity for medium and heavy springs.
Complete paint shop with PU paint ensuring a good finish and prolonged life in the field.
